About

Life has its ups and downs, and adolescence can be particularly rough. I specialize in helping teenagers, and people of all ages, navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideation in a safe and accepting environment. Together, we learn and reinforce vital skills to self-regulate and communicate healthily. Using EMDR and other proven trauma-based therapeutic modalities, my clients learn more about themselves so that they can thrive even outside a clinical setting. My compassionate therapeutic approach is based on my prior experience as a primary therapist in a leading partial hospitalization program for young adults (Newport Academy) and a nonprofit dedicated to supporting victims of domestic abuse (Jewish Coalition Against Domestic Abuse).
